Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before accessing, purchasing, using or obtaining any materials, information, products or services from John Greengo Photography LLC (“JGP”). This document should be read in conjunction with our “Privacy & Terms”. By accessing, the JGP website, mobile or tablet application, or any other feature or other platform you agree to be bound by the terms of this document.
For the purposes of this document, a digital product is classified as:
- a downloadable file, or files, whether free or paid, that is transferred electronically, including but not limited to, video, audio, photography, printable documents (eg: PDF), eBooks, and apps.
For the purposes of this document, a physical product is classified as:
- physical goods, whether free or paid, that is shipped, delivered, or collected from the JGP business address.
Additional Terms & Conditions apply to JGP tours and are provided separately at the time of sign up or at request.
Violation of these terms may result in termination of rights of, including but not limited to, purchasing products, participation in JGP activities and events (whether in-person or virtual), or social media.
We are located in Issaquah, Washington USA. All prices on the JGP website are in US dollars (USD).
Intellectual Property Rights
John Greengo Photography photographs, videos, writings, graphics, animations, audio and any other products, whether in part or full, are all the exclusive property of JGP and are protected by the relevant copyright laws.
Digital products available through JGP are intended for personal use only. No commercial or business use is permitted unless special and specific permission is granted by JGP in writing.
Digital products are not to be sold or re-sold, shared, gifted, or transferred from one person or entity to another. These products are not to be used for formal or informal classroom settings, unless special and specific permission is granted by JGP in writing.
Books and other printed, or printable, products available through JGP are intended for personal use only. Republishing material, in part or full, whether for personal, commercial, or business purposes, is not permitted and is protected under the relevant copyright laws. These products are not to be used for formal or informal classroom settings, unless special and specific permission is granted by JGP in writing.
By creating an account on the JGP website, you provide us with information such as your name and email address. The information provided to us may be used to contact you for reasons including, but not limited to, managing your account and promoting JGP products and services.
JGP does not share your information with 3rd parties, except where it is necessary to perform the business transaction between JGP and you. To receive a list of companies that we use for our business operations, please contact us (see contact details at end of this document).
JGP has the rights to terminate anyones account, linked to the JGP website, at anytime for cases of abuse or at our sole discretion.
Shipping and Product Delivery
JGP uses SendOwl (Concept Den Ltd.) to facilitate the downloading of our digital products.
Digital products purchased are accessible, by you, in the following ways:
- On the Order Confirmation page, click on “Click here to download your digital goods”
- Via the link that will be emailed to you, following purchase confirmation
- From your John Greengo Photography account page
We are located in and ship from Issaquah, Washington USA.
We ship products Monday through Friday via USPS. In-stock products are typically dispatched 24-72 hours from time of purchase. During certain busy periods (eg: tours or special film/photo projects), this may extend beyond 72 hours. Any delays, should they arise, will be clearly identified on the John Greengo Photography website shop page.
Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation at email@example.com
When your order has dispatched, you will receive a shipping email notification from us. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will promptly look into it for you.
Pre-Orders and Out-Of-Stock Products
We want customers to receive our products as quickly as possible. Therefore, you can both pre-order (purchase a product prior to its release date) and order out-of-stock products from our website.
Out-of-stock products are dispatched to customers 24-72 hours of the new stock arriving. Pre-ordered products are dispatched on the product release date.
Every effort is made to ensure out-of-stock products are clearly identified as such prior to you completing your order. Should a genuine mistake be made by us, and you place an order for an out-of-stock product, we will contact you by email as soon as possible requesting your choice to either:
- cancel your order and receive a full refund, or
- have your order filled when new stock arrives
Shipping prices are calculated based on size and weight, and are inclusive of packaging and handling.
We use the USPS Media Mail service for shipping our products. USPS Media Mail usually takes 2-8 business days, however USPS may, at times, alter their delivery times. We have no control over the USPS delivery times.

At this time we do not ship physical products to addresses outside of the USA.
At times, JGP, exclusively, may group individual products together to create a “bundle”. Each product bundle created may be made up of solely digital products, solely physical products, or a combination of both digital and physical products.
JGP reserves the right to discontinue one, some, or all bundles at any time without notice.
JGP bundles may be offered for a lower price than the sum of the individual products, but are not obliged to do so. Each bundle can only be purchased once per customer account.
JGP allows bundles to be purchased over time – that is, one product at a time. Where a customer purchases products individually that, combined, make up a JGP-created bundle, JGP will automatically apply a discount, to the 2nd and/or subsequent products purchased, equivalent to the total discount applicable to that bundle, essentially giving the customer the bundle price.
To receive the RETRObundle discount, the customer must be logged into their shop account at the time of purchase and all applicable products must be linked to that same account.
RETRObundle discounts are only valid whilst the relevant Bundle is offered. RETRObundle discounts cannot be transferred or combined across multiple accounts. Each RETRObundle discount can only be applied once per account.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
JGP offers full refunds for digital products that have not been, in part or full, downloaded and/or streamed, and where the written request is made within 30 days of purchase date. Individual products within Bundles and RETRObundles, and not the entire group of products, are considered to stand alone when deciding eligibility.
Any requests for the refund of a digital product must be made in writing, from the email address of the purchase account.
To facilitate a speedy refund, please provide the following information in the email:
- Order #
- Order date
- Product title
- Reason for refund
As our products are educational in nature, returns or exchanges, other than for that mentioned directly above will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
We use quality packaging materials for all our products and damage occurring during shipping is unlikely. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 48 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Individual products within Bundles and RETRObundles, and not the entire group of products, are considered to stand alone when deciding eligibility.
As our products are educational in nature, returns or exchanges, other than for damaged goods are only accepted for unopened products.
Bundles and RETRObundles
In reference to Bundles and RETRObundles, the term “full refund,” mentioned in “Digital Products” and “Physical Products” above, is defined separately below.
Complete Bundle (not including RETRObundles)
Eligibility for the return of a complete bundle follows the same guidelines as stated in the “Digital Products” and “Physical Products” sections.
Part of Bundle or RETRObundle
The “full refund” value of the first item returned will be calculated by subtracting the bundle’s total discount amount from that individual product’s full price. Essentially, JGP will retain the full price, for the non-returned products of that bundle, that would have been paid by the customer, had no discount been applied.
JGP shall not be liable to you or others (whether personal or business), for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, loss, or accidents as a result of the information or services provided by JGP.
John Greengo Photography is located in Issaquah Washington, USA, and abides by all city, county, state and federal law and tax requirements that are applicable within those jurisdictions.
Changes to this document
JGP retains the right to change any aspect of the Purchasing & Shipping Terms at anytime and that any changes will be made available on the JGP website. Your continued use of JGP services after such modification constitutes your acknowledgment of, and agreement to be bound by the new policy.
